General Perspective:

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the digital transformation of internal operational systems, transitioning from manual workflows to scalable, efficient, and user-centric digital solutions. This role is pivotal in connecting business needs with technical execution, ensuring the delivery of high-impact products that improve operational accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, testers, and architects—as well as key business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that streamline processes such as order management, production planning, and purchasing.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to gather and analyze operational requirements related to order management, production planning, and purchasing workflows. Translate these needs into clear, actionable product requirements and contribute to the design of scalable, user-centric digital solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Backlog Management and Agile Execution: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring that priorities reflect business value and operational urgency. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions in close coordination with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Process Optimization and Workflow Analysis: Evaluate current processes, and identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for automation or simplification, and define product features that drive measurable improvements in accuracy, speed, and user experience.
  • Solution Validation and User Acceptance: Partner with QA and business users to define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and validation protocols. Support the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that delivered features meet functional expectations and are aligned with operational goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Alignment: Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring continuous alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate workshops, demos, and feedback sessions to maintain transparency and foster shared ownership of the product roadmap.
  • Training and Change Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to onboard users to new features and workflows. Support change management efforts by clearly communicating the value of new solutions and ensuring smooth adoption across impacted teams
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, configurations, and process changes. Generate reports and dashboards to track product performance, user adoption, and key operational metrics.
  • PostImplementation Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing support after feature releases, addressing user feedback and coordinating resolution of issues with the technical team. Monitor product usage and performance to identify areas for enhancement and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.

Minimum Requirements

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree or specialization in Supply Chain or Digital Transformation is a plus.

Experience 

  • 5+ years in Product Ownership. Business Consulting, or Software Implementation is a plus. Proven track record leading complex digital or operational transformation projects from concept to delivery.

Skills 

  • Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI and other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.

Knowledge

  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, demand analytics, and planning software functionalities.
  • Familiarity with statistics, machine learning applications, and their relevance to supply chain optimization.

Special Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • High adaptability to dynamic, multitasking environments with a focus on quality and results.
