Dominican Republic DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL El Pasante de Soporte ITSM (Tier 1) es responsable de brindar atención de primer nivel a los usuarios a través de canales digitales, asegurando la correcta recepción, registro, clasificación y seguimiento de incidencias y solicitudes dentro del modelo de gestión de servicios de TI (ITSM). Debe garantizar la trazabilidad completa de los casos mediante el uso de herramientas de mesa de ayuda (HelpDesk), cumpliendo con los tiempos de respuesta establecidos (SLA) y escalando oportunamente los requerimientos que excedan su nivel de responsabilidad. El cargo reporta directamente al Vicepresidente, Operaciones e Infraestructura de IT, siguiendo los lineamientos establecidos por el área. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO Atender solicitudes e incidencias de usuarios en tiempo real. Registrar el 100% de los requerimientos. Clasificar, categorizar y priorizar tickets según impacto y urgencia. Brindar soporte básico a usuarios en herramientas tecnológicas. Asistir en problemas de acceso (ej. usuarios, contraseñas, validaciones básicas). Recopilar información para diagnóstico (capturas, descripción del problema, pasos realizados). Escalar correctamente incidencias a niveles superiores cuando aplique (Tier 2, Tier 3). Dar seguimiento continuo a los tickets hasta su cierre. Mantener comunicación clara, precisa y profesional con los usuarios. Documentar incidencias recurrentes y soluciones básicas.…
