Experience

Design, test, and optimize prompts for OpenAI models (GPT series) tailored to dealership use cases.
Build and refine AI agents for tasks like lead qualification, service recommendations, and content generation.
Integrate LLMs with our applications via APIs and evaluate performance.
Collaborate with developers on RAG, fine-tuning strategies, and safety guardrails.
Stay current with AI advancements and share knowledge with the team.

Requirements

Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering.
Deep understanding of OpenAI API, chaining, few-shot learning, and evaluation techniques.
Programming skills (Python preferred) and experience building production AI features.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
