DESCRIPTION
Senior Software Engineer, with experience working in the Python and Rasa Voice Bot Platform. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining next-generation voice AI solutions for various use cases, such as receptionists, service scheduling, customer support bots, among others. Will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end functionality.
Experience
- 6 or more years of experience developing software using Python
- Hands-on expertise with voice bot platforms (such as Rasa or Deepgram), NLP, and real-time audio processing
- Experience with STT/TTS engines
- Deep experience with APIs, WebSockets, and cloud deployment (preferably AWS)
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or others, and understanding of how to use those tools help speed up the SDLC
- Experience with Git
- Experience working with Agile development teams
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge
- Proficient in English.
